(1) Light weight: weight of per square meter is only one sixth of the traditional concrete clay tiles.

(3)  Durability: both zinc-aluminum and stone-chip coating are non-organic material. The lifetime can be extended as long as 30 years.

(4) Recyclability: 90% or above of the tiles are recyclable at the end of a long economic life.

(6) Easy installation: the tiles can be installed over wood or steel battens and any simple surfaces and structures by only several nails.
